Founded by James Ryen Alamban and Apol Vin Bulquiren, two individuals with diverse backgrounds and a shared vision, our company has a unique story of determination, friendship, and commitment to our clients.
From Banking to Real Estate:
James Ryen Alamban, a former banker with eight years of experience, made a pivotal decision in 2015 to embark on a career in real estate. He became a licensed real estate broker and appraiser. This transition was fueled by a desire to serve clients on a more personal level, leveraging his financial acumen and deep understanding of property.
Agriculture to Real Estate:
On the other side of the story, Apol Vin Bulquiren, a licensed agriculturist, ventured into the world of real estate in 2015. His journey led him to also become a licensed real estate broker and appraiser. Apol’s background in agriculture instilled in him a strong work ethic and an appreciation for growth and development.
A Chance Meeting and Mutual Respect:
James and Apol crossed paths when Apol’s former real estate development company sought financing, and James was at his former banking job. This encounter led to a friendship and professional respect that would later become the foundation of A-B Realty Co.
The Birth of A-B Realty Co.:
In 2016, James established IJAM Realty, while Apol founded BBG Realty. Through their individual successes and mutual admiration, they recognized the potential of combining their strengths. Despite the challenges of the pandemic, they met over coffee in June 2020 and decided to merge their businesses. On September 8, 2020, A-B Realty Co. was born.
